Chronic fatigue or low energy during training
Poor recovery from workouts

Q. Do I need to buy a new uniform this year?
A. We really, really would like everyone to race in a current race top in 2015. There are too many sponsor changes and it is really important to support our sponsors. As far as shorts, if you are wearing team shorts, we would like them also to be current 2015 uniform. If you wear plain black, then those are not in conflict. If you absolutely cannot purchase a race top, we will ask that you borrow from a team member or rent from our "rent a uni top" program. Though remember not all sizing will be available in that program.
Q. How do I know what size to get?
A. Starting on Feb. 25, you will be able to go to Northwest Tri and Bike and try on items from the Fit Kit (sample clothing). Take a piece of paper to write down what you choose as when you go online, there will be lots of options and it can be overwhelming and confusing. You can also use the sizing charts on the Voler site. Asking another member of similar size what they are purchasing or if you can try their 2014 uniform is also an option, though each year, there are some style changes. There are no refunds or exchanges (unless you can find someone on the team to exchange with). Fit Kit available Feb 25-March 8 ONLY
Q. What is the schedule?
A. The Fit Kit (samples of the clothing) will be at Northwest Tri and Bike to try on from February 25- March 8 (Check bike shop hours)
Clothing orders can be made anytime using the information below (see Welcome to the Voler Online Ordering System) and orders are due on MARCH 23.
Clothing is set to arrive to your individual home in the middle of May with shipping the week of May 11-15.
Q. Will there be another order?
A. We will do additional orders, but the clothing will take up to up to 4 weeks after that order closes to arrive. So if you have an early season race that you want a uniform for, order that in the first order and then if you would like to order some additional items, there will be a few other opportunities.

Last year a few of our RTB members went and participated in the Swim for Habitat at the Home Show. They have added bike and run into the event. Check out the details from SWIM BIKE RUN for Habitat with Aquaquip.
We are so excited to share some new changes with you for our 2015 Swim for Habitat event at the Seattle Home Show. Due to growing interest in the event and some wonderful feedback from our participants we have decided to expand our event to include all elements of an at home triathlon. The 2015 Swim for Habitat is now SWIM BIKE RUN for Habitat and we could not be more excited to share all the new details with you.
What’s new and how it works:
Previously with Swim for Habitat we asked participants to swim for up to 60 minutes to raise up to $600 for Habitat for Humanity. By adding the new elements of biking and running we will be offering three tiers of participation.
Triathlon Style Event (Tier 3)
1. Swimming in our Hydropool AquaTrainer Swim Spa for 45 minutes
2. Biking 10k on a ‘Fitness Shop’ Exercise bike
3. Running 5k on a ‘Fitness Shop’ treadmill
Not feeling up to a Triathlon?
That’s OK you can choose just one or two events to participate in! You pick between a Swim, Bike and/or Run.
Tier 2: Pick two events to participate in
Tier 1: Pick one event to participate in
Saturday, Sunday, Monday – February 14th-16th
Saturday and Sunday – February 21st – 22nd
We hope you are as excited about these new changes as we are. To learn more about the event, donations and scheduling please visit our event page here: http://www.aquaquip.com/swimbikerun.
As always with Swim for Habitat, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email us! We look forward to having you participate in our new SWIM BIKE RUN for Habitat event!
