Official Training Plans for Chelanman
Training plans are designed to help you train efficiently and effectively. These plans were put together by USAT Certified Coaches at Raise the Bar. Raise the Bar coaches have raced multiple times at Chelanman, so they have experience with the course as well. Athletes interested in a training plan will need a Training Peaks account. A basic Training Peaks account is free. Each plan has a summary that you can read through to choose the plan that best fits your ability level and experience.
