Weekend Updates April 28 and 29 and May 5 and 6

Molly Moon's Ice Cream Run

Wendy Graves: “April 30th was a very successful MMICR #5. Over 20 people participated, including the beautiful Kira Guillen and Anika Sach. b) I ran in the Snoqualmie Cinco de Mayo 8k and got 3rd in my AG. Woohoo!”

Diana Hull “Tom and I did the Cinco De Mayo half marathon in Snoqualmie on Saturday. Nice race and a great day for it.”

Patti Krebsbach: “KNo and I BQ’d in Eugene on 4/29. It was also a marathon PR for me (3:52:33). It’s Karen’s story to tell, but she qualified for the Marathon Maniacs at TCM yesterday by running 3 marathons in 37 days!!”

Lisa Blauvelt: “I ran the Cinco de Mayo Half marathon in Snoqualamie and got 10th in my AG :) it was a fu. Day followed by yummy nachos & Coronas at home. Got to see Hulls there too! ”

Karen Nolting: “Eugene Marathon on April 29th. Well organized, flat and pretty course. I would recommend this race

Patti Krebsbach and Karen Nolting Tacoma City Marathon

to everyone!  PK and I ran with MM#1 as our pacer and finished in 3:52:32!  We are Boston bound in 2013! Rested up for the Tacoma City Marathon yesterday, May 6th!  Another wonderful event!  It was PK’s 39th (yes, 30th, not a typo) marathon!  We both had a hard time at the end but kept each other strong and finished in 4:09.  PK was top 10 in her age group and I was 2nd in mine.  Now I can apply for Marathon Maniac Bronze Status!”
