The Wednesday night workouts are a Swim and Run only. Both workouts are challenging
and level-
Swim: A swim course with buoys is set at evenly spaced intervals. Athletes are grouped with others of similar speed and given intervals to tackle in their groups. The workout is suited best for athletes that can comfortably swim 100 yards without stopping. Wetsuits are mandatory to swim in deeper water or along the buoy line. Swimmers without wetsuits will be required to stay in water shallow enough to touch bottom.
