Run Workouts
Mary Hanna’s Wednesday Morning Track Workout

Mary’s considerable running experience and coaching style have seen more than 100 runners find faster feet and form with the one-hour weekly workout.  Don’t let the 6:00AM start time or the uncertainty of whether you’ll fit in keep you away.  This run is suitable to absolutely every level of runner


Toby’s experience running track and cross country for a decade, in combination with his passion for triathlon and midwest charm make Toby a perfect coach for RTB.  Want to get faster?  Just mention that to him and he won’t let you forget it.  Yes, it’s often dark at these workouts - but there’s plenty of ambient light from the high school so don’t hesitate. Bring a headlamp if you like for extra comfort.

Run workouts happen at RTB many times throughout the week.  There are regular runs that also happen from our Running Store Sponsor, Roadrunner Sports in Kent and Seattle.  All runs are open to athletes of any level but do tend to draw different crowds.  If you’re interested in a one of the runs listed below or on the RTB Calendar - just email the contact person with questions and they’ll give you all the juicy details.

Two of RTB’s runs are track workouts which have coaches on site.

These workouts happen in sessions of around 8 weeks, but runners can join the session at any time.
