Inspired by Sunny Southern California workouts of the LA Triathlon Club, Raise the
Bar presents a 6-
We’ll bring the measured, predictable, and effective workouts found at an indoor
pool to the open water with a rectangular buoy course set up at specific intervals
for a great Swim Workout. Swimmers will be magically sorted into groups of similar
speed and will be given a workout to hammer out with your buddies. Experienced swimmers,
bring your ‘A’-
Following the swim, we’ll coach a Run Workout focusing on endurance, speed and strength
on the Seafair Run course suitable for any runner or walker. Free weekend bike
rides/clinics will be offered coinciding with “Seattle’s Bicycle Sundays”-

Need to spend a little time on that bike figuring out gears or getting comfortable
again? Meet on 6/13 or 6/27 to take advantage of Seattle Parks Department’s “Bicycle
Sundays” and miles of Lake Washington Boulevard (on the Seafair triathlon course)
closed to traffic. This is a great opportunity for folks who need some traffic-
If Sunday’s aren’t an option, Join the “Raise the Bar” team rides on 7/10 or 7/24 at Lake Meridian. Clinic at 8AM, ride at 8:30
