Weekly Swim Workouts
Raise the Bar’s coached swim workouts are designed to improve technique and build speed and endurance.

The workouts are offered in blocks of around 8 weeks
and are reasonably priced at
$7 per swim for RTB members and $8.75 for non-members
Add the 6:30AM hour to the 5:30AM swims for $3.

2010 Sessions:

7 weeks Mar 1- April 16
7 weeks April 19 -June 4


These workouts are open to any athlete who can swim 50 yards or more continuously.  If you’re not quite able to swim that distance now, consider taking one of our technique classes found HERE.

DROP IN RATES

You may drop in at an RTB workout and participate on a space-available basis.  
Drop-in rates are
$8 for RTB team members
$12 for non-members

MAKE-UP SWIMS
If you miss one of your scheduled swims, you can drop-in at another time  IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE!  
Make-ups can only occur during the current session.

Starting March 1 -

2 swim times offered on Tuesday/Thursday mornings  5:30-6:30 or 6:30-7:30

 

You may opt to swim 2 hours in the morning if you wish.  Swimming 2 hours straight WILL make you faster.  Just bring some sports drink or a gel to keep your energy up!  Add the 2nd hour for $3/swim, either once or twice a week.
