Lake Meridian Training: June 20- August 22, 2012 (no workout July 4)
Meeting Location: Meet Raise the Bar coaches in the grass area near the boat launch. (Not in the picnic shelter.) Parking can be tight on a nice evening at Lake Meridian. Please allow yourself extra time for parking. There is additional parking past the boat launch at the Soos Creek Trail head. It is approximately a 1/2 mile from the boat launch. Directions to the park can be found here.
Payment: Participants can purchase a 4 or 6 or 9 week pass below or pay a drop in fee at each workout. The drop in fee is $15 for RTB Team Members and $20 for Non-Members. Passes or drop in fees can also be paid at the workouts by cash, check or credit card.

What to Bring: Please bring your wetsuit, goggles, swim cap, running shoes and if it is a bike night or transition night- all of your bike equipment including bike, shoes and helmet. It is suggested that you swim in tri shorts and a tri top so it is a quick transition to the bike or run. There is not a lot of time for changing. Some participants will wear a swimsuit then put their biking or running clothes over the top after the swim.
Wetsuits: Wetsuits are mandatory at our trainings. Raise the Bar has a limited amount of XTERRA wetsuit for rent. Rentals are no charge for Raise the Bar Members and $15 for Non-Members at evening trainings. Contact kathy@weraisethebar.com for availability.
