Josh came to multisport from 4 successful years in college baseball (catcher) and nabbing a BA in Physical Education and Health on the side. Josh progressed quickly as an triathlete and has done every distance very well from sprint to Ironman. In his practice as a personal trainer, he’s coached a variety of multisport athletes and enjoys the challenge of putting the right elements together for anyone to cross the finish line and celebrate their hard work. When he's not busy training he is a husband and father of three busy kids.
Personal Achievements include: 2008 fitness ambassador to Beijing Olympic Games, 2009 Life Changer of the Year-Seattle Market, 2014 Competitor Magazine Trainer of the Year, Triathlons (3xIronman finisher) and 2013 Ironman 70.3 World Championship qualifier/finisher.
Education and Certificates include: BA in Physical Education and Health from Eastern Oregon University; National Academy of Sports Medicine - Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist; and National Strength and Conditioning Assoc. - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist®, Certified Personal Trainer.
