Multisport & You
Raise the Bar, located in the south Puget Sound Region of Washington State, manages a team of 200 adult triathletes of all levels, produces some pretty great races, and helps other events with equipment and timing and such. If you're in our neck of the woods, we'd love to wrap you into our awesome community. Join us!
RTB has a team of 200+ adult athletes that participate in endurance sports at every level - about half compete in longer events all over the world - Ironman, marathons, etc. The other half are fitting the likes of 5k's and Sprint Tris into the nooks and crannies of their lives. It's a lively and diverse group - everyone welcome here!

In 2008 we began producing events like the Lake Meridian Triathlon, Black Diamond Triathlon, Eastside Triathlon, and the blueseventy Friday Night Swim Races . RTB events have a reputation for excellence & energy. Don't miss this years events.
