Drop-in rates are per session. Open Water Wednesdays offers discounted multi-session packs (3–11 swims) — Core, Active, and Committed members save an additional 20% off all pack prices, and Premier members swim included at no cost. Every RTB member gets full Discord access, the club newsletter, group rides & runs, Zwift racing, RTB sponsor discounts, 20% off RTB event fees, and Open Water Wednesdays at 20% off (Core, Active, and Committed) or free (Premier only). Premier bumps the event discount to 50% and adds a free transferable race entry each year. At Active and above you also unlock coached training sessions, and higher tiers add more coached pool swims. Wearing the RTB kit comes with a bonus too — you'll hear "Go RTB!" cheers at events nationwide from teammates who recognize the kit.
Running RTB requires dedicated staff who handle sponsorships, facility rentals, coaching, event planning, and administration. Your fee covers website maintenance, bookkeeping, meeting expenses, and everything that keeps the program running. RTB's budget managers are committed to maximizing the value of every member's contribution.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time through your member account at weraisethebar.com/account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Membership is handled here on our site — sign in or manage your account any time at weraisethebar.com/account. Race registration is separate: each RTB race registers through its own event site, and Open Water Wednesdays registers through RunSignup. Signing up for a race does not create or renew a membership, so join or manage your membership through your account page.
Drop-in passes for coached pool swims ($15) and track sessions ($10) are available to purchase directly on the RTB Store at weraisethebar.com/store. No membership required — just buy a pass and show up.
