Coached Swim Workouts - January 3 - February 28
Raise the Bar is ready to kick off some great swimming in 2019!. RTB’s coached swim workouts are designed to improve technique and build speed and endurance. The workouts are primarily freestyle and include warm-up, drills, main sets, and cool-down. All RTB swim coaches have years of experience in both swimming AND coaching. The workouts are similar to a master’s swim workout program without the requirement of a USMS membership (US Masters Swimming) or an Raise the Bar Membership. (Though an RTB membership will save you about 15%)
Choose one of our 4 Options: once per week, twice per week, unlimited, or drop-in. The more you swim, the more you'll save per swim.

- 5% savings per swim
Option 3 - Unlimited swims (25 swims)

- 10% savings per swim
Option 4 - Drop In
- RTB members $10, non-members $15
- Purchase anytime during the session
Weekly swim schedule:
Tuesdays 5:30AM - Covington Aquatic Center
Thursdays 5:30AM - Covington Aquatic Center
Saturdays 6:30AM (sometimes 6AM) - Covington Aquatic Center
Swimmers aren't required to choose a specific day of the week and can swim multiple days a week. Any additional swims that you attend over your Purchased option will be invoiced at the end of the session at that Option's per-swim price.
