Coached Swim Workouts - September 2019
September swims at RTB are on Tuesday/Thursday mornings only 5:30-6:30AM
Many triathletes are still racing in September, others have slipped into off-season. Erin will mix up the workouts to suit both groups. The workouts are similar to a master’s swim workout program without the requirement of a USMS membership (US Masters Swimming) or a Raise the Bar Membership. Though, an RTB membership will save you about 15%.
Choose either once or twice per week. Once a week is 4 swims that you can use any time. (Tues or Thurs). Twice a week is 8 swims.
