Raise the Bar's winter swims focus on technique improvement while maintaining endurance. This is a great time for newer swimmers to jump in. RTB’s coached swim workouts are designed to improve technique and build speed and endurance.
The workouts are almost entirelyfreestyle and include warm-up, drills, main sets, and cool-down. All RTB swim coaches have years of experience in both swimming AND coaching. The workouts are similar to a master’s swim workout program without the requirement of a USMS membership (US Masters Swimming) or an Raise the Bar Membership. (Though an RTB membership will save you about 15%)
Choose one of our 4 Options: once per week, twice per week, unlimited (available through mid-session only), or drop-in. The more you swim, the more you'll save per swim.
