Coached Swim Workouts - March 9 - April 30
RTB swims are ramping it up in March. We've added a Monday and Wednesday evening swim to the mix - so there are5 swims available per week.
Tuesday/Thursday - 5:30AM
Saturday - 6:30AM (6AM on 2nd Saturdays of the month)
All RTB swim coaches have years of experience in both swimming AND coaching. The workouts are similar to a master’s swim workout program without the requirement of a USMS membership (US Masters Swimming) or an Raise the Bar Membership. (Though an RTB membership will save you about 15%)
Choose one of our Options: once per week, twice per week, 3 times per week, unlimited, or drop-in. The more you swim, the more you'll save per swim.
