Coached Swim Workouts - Jan 31 - March 25

Raise the Bar coached swim workouts are similar to a master’s swim program without the requirement of a USMS membership (US Masters Swimming) or an Raise the Bar Membership. (Though every RTB membership except the "Lite" Membership will save you 25%). The workouts are almost 100% freestyle and perfect for athletes training for triathlons. Erin Eronemo continues as coach and brings decades of experience swimming & coaching to the pool and a real knack for getting inexperienced lap swimmers up to speed quickly!
KSTC is an outdoor pool and is heated year-round. If you are wondering if you'll be warm, the answer is yes! Getting in and out of the pool on the colder mornings is the only challenge. We have over 100 swimmers who've swam at these workouts and they are unanimous in their agreement that swimming outdoors is awesome.

Choose one of our Options: Once per week, twice per week, Unlimited, or Drop-in. If you choose once or twice per week, you can swim any day of the week and multiple swims in a week if you miss some during the session.
Bring any equipment with you that you choose. We often throw on fins for some fun 25's at the end of the workouts. Many of the swimmers use Core Shorts or pull buoys for extra buoyancy - similar to how you'd swim with a wetsuit.
Pricing will be prorated at the end of each week for those signing up later in the session.
