Coached Swim Workouts - May 29 - June 30
This session runs May 29 - June 30 and is a total of 13 swims.
This is a transition from our regular schedule to a very different summer schedule, The swims are:
Saturdays - 5/27
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5/30 - 6/9
Tuesdays & Fridays: 6/13-6/30

If you're looking for a coached group swim workout you've found it! RTB coached workouts are similar to a master’s swim program without the requirement of a USMS membership (US Masters Swimming) or an RTB Team Membership. (Though an RTB membership will save you at least 25%!). The workouts are 100% freestyle and perfect for athletes training for triathlons.
Swimmers will be grouped together by ability and will circle swim through a workout coached by Coach Erin Eronemo. Erin coaches and heckles the best efforts out of veteran swimmers, and has a great ability to get newer swimmers comfortable and up to speed.
This June session runs May 29 - June 30 and is a total of 11 swims. It will transition us from our spring Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday schedule eventually to Tuesdays & Fridays after our Open Water Wednesday workouts begin on 6/14. (A perfect workout for your open water training BTW so check it out!)
This one-month session is an experiment for the rest of the summer - we hope to swim both Tuesday and Friday but need to make sure we have enough folks in the pool! If we end up with a smaller crowd, we'll move to Tuesdays only.
The cost per swim falls the more swims you sign up for.
1 swim: $11 for RTB members, $15 for non-members
2-4 swims: $9.50 (RTB) or $12.60 each (nonRTB)
5-8 swims: $9 (RTB) or $12 each (nonRTB)
9-11 swims: $8.60 (RTB) or $11.50 each (nonRTB)
