If you're looking for a coached group swim workout you've found it! RTB coached workouts are similar to a master’s swim program without the requirement of a USMS membership (US Masters Swimming) or an RTB Team Membership. (Though an RTB membership will save you about 25%). The workouts are 100% freestyle and perfect for athletes training for triathlons.
Swimmers will be grouped together by ability and will circle swim through a workout coached by Coach Erin Eronemo. Erin coaches and heckles the best efforts out of veteran swimmers, and has a great ability to get newer swimmers comfortable and up to speed.
This session runs 10/31 - 12/5 and is a total of 10 swims. (no swim on Thanksgiving)
The cost per swim falls the more swims you sign up for.
-1 Drop-in : $11 for RTB members, $15 for non-members
-Once per week : $9.50 (RTB) or $12.00 each (nonRTB)
-Twice per week: $9.00 (RTB) or $11.50 each (nonRTB)
8 Swims: $9.25 or $11.75
