Raise the Bar Written Training Plans
Following a Training Plan gives an athlete a combination of freedom from having to think up their next workout and some confidence that they’re headed in a direction an educated coach gave some serious thought to.
Raise the Bar and Endurance Nation staff each have a selection of plans available for Triathlons and Duathlons of all distances and terrain, Running races, etc. There are simple plans, complex plans, plans requiring knowledge of precise training zones and others that suit a less technically-minded athlete.
RTB Plan Selection
A growing selection of plans written by RTB coaches are available now through Training Peaks.RTB plans are written with a range of athletes in mind and often need some tweaking for an individual. If you need help tweaking, you could consider sitting with a coach for an hour or so who can help you fit that written plan into your specific schedule, fitness, strengths, etc.
