RTB's Story...
Founded in 2003 by seven elite women, RTB has grown into a comprehensive multisport organization. Our team now numbers 200+, bridging the gap between elite performance and supportive community.
We are built on three pillars: Team, Training, and Events. We offer year-round coaching and camps, and since 2008, we have produced marquee events like the nationally recognized XTERRA Black Diamond.
Ultimately, we exist to elevate the athlete.
We believe that a positive community and expert support create not just faster racers, but better people—enhancing the lives they lead off the course.

Mission and Values
The focus of our energies at RTB are the people that we come into contact with. We are led by the following principles:
Common Purpose (Mission Statement)- We create opportunities for fun and personal achievement through multisport.
Core Values:
Safety – The physical protection and dignity of athletes, staff and all other individuals encountering RTB workouts, training programs and events is our #1 priority.
Humility – We place the needs of others before our own.
Community – to make all people (team members, sponsors, athletes, vendors) experience a sense of welcome and belonging
Continuous Improvement – We will constantly assess, improve and refine every aspect of the organization. We do this through objective analysis of the facts, asking questions, listening intently and being open to new and different approaches to getting things done.
