Getting Ready for Tri Season!

Raise the Bar is busy preparing for the 2013 Triathlon Season. Here is a few of the upcoming classes/clinics we have lined up to get you off to a great start!

Open Water Pool Swim Workout

Coach Mike will be leading a open water focused workout at the Covington Aquatic Center on Monday, May 27 at 7:30 PM. If you are signed up for Monday night swim, you are already enrolled in this workout. If you would like to join the group, please pay the drop in fee via the swim page here or email kathy@weraisethebar.com. This can also be used as a make up for swim workouts missed in May and June. All levels of open water swimmers will benefit from this workout.
Patty is adding open water swim elements into all of her AM workouts this session.If you’re nervous about getting into the open water or want to improve on your OW skills, come for some fun pre-race skill building.

Beginner Open Water Swim Clinic

Mark your Calendar: RTB will host a beginner open water swim clinic on Wednesday, June 12 at 6:15 PM. It will be held at the Lake Sawyer Boat Launch swim area. Wetsuits are required. The coaches will go over basic open water skills and allow for controlled practice time. Free.
