About Raise the Bar
Raise the Bar’s purpose is to create opportunities for fun and personal accomplishment for those that take on the wonderful world of multisport. Not unlike triathlon, we have 3 different disciplines here:
Raise the Bar Team: RTB manages the largest, most-participatory Multisport Team in the Pacific Northwest. Our adult members are 20-year olds and 70-year olds. We are 56% women, and 44% men. We have athletes that cross the finish line first, last, and every place in between, and at RTB, EVERY athlete is given the same benefits. We value each member for their hard work and participation, and their willingness to represent RTB and our sponsors at the races. We welcome experienced or beginner triathletes, duathletes, runners, swimmers, & cyclists. Find more here.
Raise the Bar TRAINING: Along with managing the team, we also provide multisport training opportunities. Workouts, classes, and clinics can be found throughout the year at RTB. RTB has also added RTB Coaching to their services. You will find personal coaching, help with picking out training plans or even training plans written by RTB coaches.
Raise the Bar EVENTS: In the last few years, we have discovered the fun of producing Events. Our event staff produces the many fun and challenging events including the Lake Meridian Triathlon and the Friday Night Swim Races.
