These workouts are best suited for athletes who can swim 50 yards or more freestyle continuously. If you're there feel free to sign up! If you have some work to do to get there, contact us if you'd like to get some extra help. What to bring Goggles are a must have and most people use a swim cap as well. If you own your own paddles, fins and swim buoy, bring them too. Fins will really help you progress more quickly if you're new! Periodically the coach will have you use them during a workout though it's never mandatory to do so. Many swimmers enjoy swimming in Core Shorts, which add buoyancy and make swimming easier! Find any of those at Northwest Tri & Bike Don't be afraid! It can be intimidating to come to a first coached workout if you haven't done one before.
