Weekly Run Workouts

RTB members and friends gather at different runs during the week.  Feel free to contact the person listed with the workout to learn more.

Track Workout - Mondays 5:30PM
Coached Track Workout at Kentwood High School 
Coached by the pretty darn famous runner, coach, and Physical therapist, Cliff Richards.  All abilities and speeds welcome.  Free for RTB members
