- Sponsor deals are confidential: they are not to be discussed with other teams, retail stores, vendors, or other athletes outside of this team. Divulging prices or deals to other people, businesses, or entities outside the team undermines our gratitude to them and can jeopardize future negotiations. Members divulging sponsorship details risk dismissal from the team without refund.
- Do not, under any circumstances, acquire sponsor items with the intent to resell. Team members who engage in this activity will be required to leave the team without refund.
- Refrain from making derogatory comments about a sponsor, their equipment, the company, or their representatives
- Complaints about products or services provided by sponsors of Raise the Bar should be directed to Patty at [email protected]. We can help make sure your feedback gets to the sponsors in an appropriate fashion that doesn’t risk our relationship with them.
- Refrain from the use or consumption of goods or services that are in competition with the team sponsors while representing the team.
- Sponsorship negotiations are only to be conducted by team management or individuals appointed by management to do so. Members may not engage in negotiations with sponsors.
