Training: Workouts, Plans and Clinics
RTB’s Training encompasses a variety of different events, workouts or offerings that all basically help athletes get ready for their big events. We work hard to find the best coaches, athletes, and guests to communicate information or coach workouts.
Workouts: Multiple workouts happen every week and can be found at RTB in swim, bike and run. Most workouts are free, others involve a fee, such as our coached swim workouts. Fees are always lower or eliminated for team members at RTB workouts.
Written Training Plans:Raise the Bar and Endurance Nation staff each have a selection of plans available for Triathlons and Duathlons of all distances and terrain, Running races, etc. There are simple plans, complex plans, plans requiring knowledge of precise training zones and others that suit a less technically-minded athlete.
Classes & Clinics: We offer classes & clinics throughout the year on different topics. Sometimes a guest speaker is involved – at other times RTB coaches provide the information to help athletes reach their goals.
Triathlon Training at Lake Meridian:We look forward to our summer training programs all year. Come join the coaching staff and a group of enthusiastic triathletes for an evening of skill building and conditioning.
