Training: Workouts, Plans and Clinics
RTB’s Training encompasses a variety of different events, workouts or offerings that all basically help athletes get ready for their big events. We work hard to find the best coaches, athletes, and guests to communicate information or coach workouts.
Workouts: Multiple workouts happen every week and can be found at RTB in swim, bike and run. Most workouts are free, others involve a fee, such as our coached swim workouts. Fees are always lower or eliminated for team members at RTB workouts.
Written Training Plans: RTB has a growing library of written training plans for many different distance and levels of triathlon and running events. The plans will be available through an arrangement with “Training Peaks“. Training Peaks is the industry gold-standard of training logs and food diaries designed to help athletes of every level achieve health, fitness and peak performance.
Classes & Clinics: We offer classes & clinics throughout the year on different topics. Sometimes a guest speaker is involved – at other times RTB coaches provide the information to help athletes reach their goals.
Triathlon Training at Lake Meridian:We look forward to our summer training programs all year. Come join the coaching staff and a group of enthusiastic triathletes for an evening of skill building and conditioning.
