Ripped NOT Wrecked: A Night for Athletes who Play Hard
It's been 6 weeks since Raise the Bar launched the Multisport Season at the 2016 Season Kickoff at Northwest Tri & Bike. In a sport overflowing with driven, success-oriented adults training themselves into a regular state of physical and mental exhaustion, 6 weeks is about the right time post-kickoff to find a fair percentage of flirting with injuries and illnesses.
Ripped NOT Wrecked is an evening dedicated to you, driven athlete. We've assembled some industry experts in Health & Wellness, Injury Prevention, Injury Recovery, Nutrition who are ready to keep you training and racing to your potential - or get you back there. Experts will be giving 5-minute mini-talks throughout the evening on topics related to injury prevention and treatment, nutritional health, mental health. Those experts will also be available at their stations to answer questions and help you connect with resources in the community that will keep you healthy.
As with all RTB events, you can expect some prize giveaways including some injury-prevention tools, race entries, clothing. Refreshments will be available. Professionals in Attendance:
