RTB 2018 Exercise Variety Challenge!The 2018 Exercise Challenge is concluded. Winners announced 2/7/18
Duration: 1 week. 12:01AM Saturday January 27 - Midnight, Friday February 2. Objective: Participate in as many different exercise or training activities as possible. Points: Considering the group we've got, there will be a fair amount of swimming, biking, and running. A point will be awarded for every different type of those activities you do. For example, a Trainer ride, MTB ride, Night MTB ride all count as separate bike activities and get a point. But literally anything else that involves moving counts. Walking the dog, Lifting Weights, Yoga, Zoomba, Water Running...all one point. (To receive 1 point for the activity, it must be unique that week. 5 road runs=1 point OR 1 road run, 1 trail run, 1 treadmill run=3 points) To encourage some good connections through exercise, if you do the activity with a family member or friend....add a point. Throwing the football with your kid, going to the yoga class your friend has begged you to attend, getting your spouse or sweetie outside for a romantic stroll in the moonlight....all 2 points. (and might we add the value of those greatly exceeds the 2 contest points). Exercise duration: Minimum of 20 minutes Keeping track: Enter your workouts on This Page. You may enter them throughout the week, or load them all up at the end. All workouts must be uploaded by Sunday February 4 at noon. Reward: The winner with the most total points will receive $100 in RTB credit. 2nd place $50, 3rd place $25. RTB staff are in (but we'll kick ourselves out of the overall standings when it's time to award points) Contest Dates: Saturday January 27 - Friday February 2nd. Midnight - Midnight |
