Raise the Bar Swimming
Current session: January 3 - February 28
Coached Swim WorkoutsIf you are looking to improve your triathlon swimming skills or race times, then investing some time at the pool is a must. RTB’s coached swim workouts are designed to improve technique and build speed and endurance. The workouts are primarily freestyle and include warm-up, drills, main sets, and cool-down. All RTB swim coaches have years of experience in both swimming AND coaching. The workouts are similar to a master’s swim workout program without the requirement of a USMS membership (US Masters Swimming) or a Raise the Bar Membership. Though, an RTB membership will save you about 15%.
New in 2019 - We are moving away from signing up for specific days of the week. Instead, you'll sign up for the number of days a week you'd like to swim.
![]() Please Note: Once or twice a week swimmers aren't required to choose specific days of the week, and can use those 8 or 16 swims at any time during the session. We hope this help accommodate vacations, illness, or work trips. If you use up your purchased swims before the session ends and want to continue coming, please do - no pre-approval required. You'll be invoiced for those extra swims at your original per-swim price at the end of the session. Swims don't carry over to the next session - so use them up! RTB members enjoy a 15% discount on package pricing. A team member who pays $119 for a membership gets that back in as little as 4 sessions. Of course there are many other benefits members enjoy which will you can learn about here. Please consider joining Raise the Bar! |
