Efficient Running Clinic fueled by PowerBar
Do you want to run faster with less effort? Have you been plagued with injuries in the past as your running volume increases? Winter is a great time to focus your attention on running form and technique in order to improve running efficiency and prevent overuse injuries.
Join Raise the Bar and Coach Alissa on November 21st at 8 AM for a one hour run clinic. Alissa will provide about 30 minutes of instruction and then you will have about 30 minutes to run. During the 30 minutes of running, coach Alissa will provide runners with feedback on their running form.
At the clinic you will learn and practice:
Proper posture and run mechanics
Mobility drills to increase range of motion
Running drills to improve technique
Core/hip stability exercises
