Winter is a great time to focus your attention on running form and technique in order to improve running efficiency and prevent overuse injuries.
Join Raise the Bar and Coach Alissa on November 21st at 8 AM for a one hour run clinic. Alissa will provide about 30 minutes of instruction and then you will have about 30 minutes to run. During the 30 minutes of running, coach Alissa will provide runners with feedback on their running form.
