The average age of menopause is 51 years old and the process our bodies journey through can take 15 years prior to the end of our cycles.
Menopause can happen naturally or surgically and the changes our bodies experience are profound and affect nearly every aspect of our lives, including the sport/s we love. Come learn about what this means for ourselves, friends and family and what we can do to improve our performance and quality of life.

She is board certified in family medicine and has a subspecialty in preventive cardiology.
