Seeing yourself underwater can make an immediate difference in the efficiency of your swim stroke. All of a sudden you understand why the coach keeps telling you to get your elbow up, or rotate more, or why you're working so hard and not getting any faster! You'll make some changes and be steps closer to hitting that time goal of yours.
RTB is offering 2 video clinics in January. During each clinic there will be two options. Option 1 Coach and Video: Swimmers will be taped for a few minutes and a coach will then give you specific feedback and get you on your way toward improvement. After the clinic, you'll be sent a link so you can view your video. Swimmers can use that video for further analysis. Option 2 Video Only: Swimmers will be taped for a few minutes and after the clinic you will be sent a link to view your video. Swimmers can use that video for further analysis. **In order to maximize the number of swimmers who can be taped and keep the cost of the clinic down, your video will not be available for viewing during the clinic. I thought the Video Clinic was an excellent value. Where else could you get a video of your stroke, personalized coach feedback, and then post clinic assistance for that price? I've already made changes to my stroke based on Erin's advice and have seen a substantial improvement. These activities are what gives team membership true value.
