Video Taping - February 20
Seeing yourself underwater can make an immediate difference in the efficiency of your swim stroke. All of a sudden you understand why the coach keeps telling you to get your elbow up, or rotate more, or why you're working so hard and not getting any faster! You'll make some changes and be steps closer to hitting that time goal of yours.
We're offering an opportunity to swimmers to be videotaped on February 20. This are simple videotaping opportunities only - there won't be extensive review of your video, though a coach will be on hand so give some quick feedback.
Swimmers are required to bring a jump drive so your videos can be downloaded at the clinic and you can take them home with you.

Swimmers that workout in a group typically see better results than those that train alone.
Raise the Bar offers year-round coached swim workouts that help triathletes get ready for their season. Swimmers are grouped according to ability and a coach leads the hour-long session.
