Chronic fatigue or low energy during training
Poor recovery from workouts
Muscle cramping or GI distress during activity
“Hitting the wall”
Weight loss or gain over the season
Frequent colds, sickness, infections
Many of these symptoms can be related to poor nutrition, and easily remedied with the proper training diet and fueling regimen. This two-part class will help you develop a meal plan that supports your training, as well as a fueling plan for your longer workouts.
