Following a Training Plan gives an athlete a combination of freedom from having to think up their next workout and some confidence that they’re headed in a direction an educated coach gave some serious thought to.

RTB Plan Selection

A growing selection of plans written by RTB coaches are available now through Training Peaks.RTB plans are written with a range of athletes in mind and often need some tweaking for an individual. If you need help tweaking, you could consider sitting with a coach for an hour or so who can help you fit that written plan into your specific schedule, fitness, strengths, etc.

If you have questions about Training Peaks or any of our plans, email RTB’s Training Plan wrangler, Alissa Anderson and she’ll get you set up.  A basic account on Training Peaks is free!
