Coaching at Raise the Bar

As the science and sport of triathlon gets more complicated and athletes either enter the sport with questions or develop even more questions as they train and race through the seasons, coaching can be a real difference maker in their experience. 

Raise the Bar offers a few different coaching options for triathletes looking for a little extra help getting across a finish line.

Personal Coaching Consults

In this option, the coach writes a training plan specific to your goals, schedule, and ability.  Each swim, bike, run or other workout is spelled out on a training calendar on Training Peaks.  This is a great option for athletes who want a plan completely tailored and adapted to changes in their schedule, fitness or goals plus want easily accessible communication with a coach.  More Here
Personal Coaching Details
Want a training plan written for you can that you can then follow on your own? In this option, you meet with a coach and the coach will use your goals, schedule and ability to make a plan tailored to you. This is great option for a self motivated athlete.  More Here
Custom Plan Details
A Consult is a one-on-one meeting or phone call with a coach to have questions answered, a training plan tweaked, technique analysis, etc.

Functional Movement Screens

Written Training Plans

It's been observed that many triathletes are limited in fundamental movement.  A Functional Movement Screen can find ways to make you faster and safe from injuries
RTB has a library on pre-written training plans available through Training Peaks.  Plans available for every distance and ability.
